We are one of the top three venture investors on the Roblox platform. We manage over 350 successful projects and are growing rapidly — in the past six months, our revenue has increased 16x. Our ambitions are big, and we’re looking for people who think just as boldly.

JOBS

Join us and collaborate with top-tier brands shaping the industry.

Acquisition Executive

We’re the largest fund buying Roblox games — a $6B annual market. We’ve already carved out our piece of the pie, and we’re hungry for more.

Our business model is as old as time: we acquire assets and apply our proprietary know-how to maximize their profitability. That approach brought us $12M in revenue in just one year.

Now we’re aiming even higher: our goal is to grow 10x by the end of this year. Sounds ambitious? Maybe. But here’s the kicker: up until now, all acquisitions and negotiations were handled by the main shareholder — part-time — while also running all operations.

If one person could build a portfolio of 200+ games in a year, imagine what a full-time team of seasoned deal-makers can do. Spoiler: a lot more.

That’s why we’re building a negotiation team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing high-potential games. We already have the full tech stack in place — lead gen, playbooks, success cases, and all the tools to make negotiations smoother.
  • Negotiating deals. From outright acquisitions to revenue-share agreements or creative deal structures — the only limit is your imagination.
  • Managing portfolios worth $100K–$1M in monthly volume.
  • Making smart buys. Every acquisition should pay back within 2–3 months.

The challenge:

You’ll be talking to Gen Z creators from around the world — ambitious, independent, deeply attached to their games. The wrong word can sink a deal. You’ll need to be numbers-savvy to assess games accurately, and skilled enough to close deals in fast-moving conversations.

Negotiations happen the new-school way: in Discord. Dozens of parallel chats, fast pace, average cycle 2–3 days, deal size $30–50K. Plenty of adrenaline — you’ll close more deals in a month here than you did in a year at your last job.

What we expect from you:

  • Outstanding negotiation skills. We want closers, not CRM enthusiasts.
  • Analytical ability. Or at least the talent for it — we’ll train you fast.
  • Multitasking. Handling ten conversations at once without dropping the ball.
  • Fluent English. Most partners are US-based, and Gen Z creators can instantly tell if you’re faking it.

What you can expect from us:

  • Strong base pay. $3,000/month starting salary.
  • Fair monthly bonuses. Performance-based, no caps.
  • Flexibility. Work from our office or remotely from anywhere in the world.

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, send us your resume along with a cover letter outlining your past achievements and why you’re excited to build the future of gaming with us.

Producer/Game designer

Our projects regularly trend and attract millions of players worldwide. Right now, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Game Designer to work with our dev team on building the next generation of hit Roblox games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends and generate game concepts
  • Prototype mechanics and visuals together with the development team
  • Design levels, core systems, progression, and economy
  • Prepare documentation (GDDs, scripts, balance tables, etc.)
  • Run and analyze playtests, making changes based on feedback

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience launching Roblox games with 1,000+ CCU (If you don’t have a resume — a portfolio works too)
  • Knowledge of Roblox Studio and Lua (bonus if you can prototype yourself)
  • Basic understanding of Roblox monetization models
  • Strong project and time management skills when working with dev teams

Format & Perks:

  • Remote work
  • Real impact on the product and the freedom to implement your own ideas
  • A team with the strongest Roblox expertise
  • Performance-based motivation tied to team results

Thumbnail Designer

Hello! We are Indigo Studios, a leading Roblox development company, ranked in the top 3. Our portfolio includes 350+ games, including hits like Climb and Jump, Dig To Earth’s Core, and Brainrot Training.

We are currently seeking an experienced Thumbnail and Icon Artist for a full-time, remote position (5 days a week, 8 hours per day).

What you’ll do:

  • Generate creative ideas for icons, covers, and promo materials for Roblox games
  • Create mostly 3D thumbnails (90%), setting up 3D scenes and refining them in Photoshop
  • Track gaming and visual trends, analyzing what works best on the platform and with the target audience
  • Collaborate closely with concept artists, game designers, and producers

What’s important:

  • Strong visual thinking and a deep understanding of what grabs players’ attention
  • Great sense of style, attention to detail, and awareness of Roblox and mobile gaming trends
  • Experience creating visual concepts, promos, or game assets — a big plus
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, with 3D tools experience as a bonus
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools is an additional advantage
  • Initiative and independence — we value people who bring ideas, not just wait for a task list

  • Your games will be seen and played by millions of users
  • Lots of creative freedom: we value initiative and trust developers to make decisions
  • Opportunity to grow quickly within the team and work on high-impact projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience with Lua or Unity
  • Understanding of game mechanics, architecture, and client-server development principles
  • Ability to quickly understand existing code and adapt to new tasks
  • Passion for games — both playing and creating them :)

Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Remote or hybrid work from our office
  • Supportive atmosphere and an ambitious, experienced team

We’re looking for a Sales Manager with strong English skills to establish first contact with game developers and studios.

What you’ll do:

  • Initiate conversations with game owners and studios — most communication happens in Discord and other messengers

  • Experience in B2B sales for international markets (ideally US, Australia, or Canada)
  • Cultural fluency with Gen Z — ability to connect quickly and build rapport
  • Bonus points for experience in startups or running your own business
